Gaurav Chauhan ji is the Chairman & Managing Director of GAC Group of Industries. He leads the company’s strategic direction, governance and long-term growth — ensuring that every project GAC takes up stands on a strong legal, financial and ethical foundation.
Under his stewardship, GAC follows a clear principle: growth must never come at the cost of trust. From land selection and title verification to project planning and buyer agreements, he has built systems that keep the company disciplined, transparent and accountable to every family and investor who chooses GAC.
Gaurav ji believes that Vrindavan deserves development that is as dignified as its heritage. His focus is on building a company that lasts for generations — one that delivers on its word, strengthens local livelihoods, and contributes to the spiritual, educational and healthcare initiatives around its projects.
As GAC expands beyond Vrindavan, he guides the group’s investment strategy, partnerships and institutional relationships, with the aim of making GAC one of India’s most trusted names in devotion-centred real estate.

Atul Chauhan
Profile
Atul Chauhan ji is the founder and guiding force behind GAC Group of Industries. He built GAC on a belief that is rare in the property business — that a home in Vrindavan must be sold with the same honesty with which one stands before Thakur ji.
Having lived and worked in Braj, Atul ji saw first-hand how many devotees longed for a home here but feared unclear land titles, unfinished colonies and unkept promises. He started GAC to change that experience — combining verified land, planned development and transparent agreements with a deep respect for the spiritual character of Vrindavan.
Under his leadership, GAC has launched Madhuryavan, a luxury conscious-living villa community, and Brahmlok Residency, a peaceful residential project near Shri Brahma Ji Temple — both located beside the proposed Grand Narsimha Temple and integrated spiritual campus at Shri Shri Brahm Narsimha Shakti Peeth.
Atul ji also created Capital Growth Associates (CGA) — a partner programme that has opened a respectable, growing career path for young professionals, students and entrepreneurs across India. His vision is to take GAC’s model of trusted, devotion-centred development from Vrindavan to other sacred and growing cities of India.
